EDA Drinks&Wine Campus, the center dedicated to the world of Rioja Alavesa wine, will have a 2,500 square meter headquarters next to the Laguardia Wine House.
The project was presented this Monday to representatives and agents of the sector, to whom it was explained that this Rioja Alavesa headquarters will share the spotlight with the one planned in Vitoria, “adding synergies in favor of the wine and beverage value chain.” through university education, research, innovation and support for entrepreneurship”.
The objective of the implementation of the Laguardia headquarters is to attract talent and position the Alava region “at the level of large wine regions in the world, such as Bordeaux, Napa or Adelaide, also in regard to universities and specialized centers of high quality. level”.
EDA will receive its first students in September 2026, but the center’s activity will start next year with specialized courses, workshops and specific training.
