The USJ receives 50 international students for the second half

A total of 50 international students arrived on Thursday to Zaragoza for studies in the second semester at the University of San Jorge. 37 of them enjoy an Erasmus scholarship and 13 come from universities outside the Community with the that agreements exist of mobility. For the first time you receive two students from the United States and one from Japan.

To promote their integration into the USJ and to acquaint them with the services and infrastructure of the Campus, the University of International Relations has prepared two welcome sessions: one that was held yesterday and another that is being carried out today. The service of sporting activities, library, the Institute of Modern Languages, the transport service and restore the Computing and cultural activities presented what they offer during your stay in the USJ.

In addition, the Association of Students (AGE) organized yesterday afternoon an activity of Tandem for that international students could be heard.

During the day, the students were able to attend the workshop “Cultural Shock”, where they have been given us clues to overcome the cultural shock that may feel due to the difference of cultures, languages and ways of living. Subsequently, the age has made a formal presentation where have explained their services: cultural and sporting activities, organization of festivals and travel, etc.

To finish, have participated in a dynamic game for the city of Zaragoza. During the afternoon, the service of sporting activities has planned parties and leisure activities for interested students.
